"Hi all!! Woo-hoo, I passed my sleep test last Friday night! Thank you thank you to ALL!! Enjoyed chatting with Dr. Postol that evening, too. Dr. Malhotra (sleep doc) called yesterday & said that although I did still have sleep disruptions, none were in the range of being dangerous in terms of long-term health risks. YEA!! We also talked about positional therapy, and the fact that with the combination of the dental device & concerted efforts to avoid sleeping on my back, I'm pretty much home free. Yipee!!! My teeth are kinda sore some days, but that's well worth it. (I'm trying to keep it at the final setting that we used in the study after the third adjustment---65, I think.) Can't thank you all enough!! (Also recieved my insurance check for partial reimbursement--it just doesn't get much better than this! :-) (Taking the loathsome C-pap machine back to the med supply store this weekend.) CHEERS!

Thanks again--- Julie Gram"
